    Michael Reinhard has accomplished more in 200 pages than several other courses in this field. His book has laid out a roadmap of the lender’s requirements for successful commercial loan underwriting. In particular, chapter 2 gives commercial real estate investors a real appreciation of the details required to build a successful loan package. Michael’s book is very appealing to beginners in the commercial loan origination business or real estate investors who want to gain a better understanding of the commercial loan process.     Commercial Mortgage 101 was the right book at the right time for me. I was looking to brush up on my commercial mortgage knowledge & terminology, and prepare myself for reentry back into the industry. I could not have been more pleased with the content, the structure, and the overall direction of the book.     this book is very educational. However it says that it is written where it is plain to read, but I thought it was all over the place. (I did read it while I was in the hospital though) This book has plenty of informative information, that will be quite useful to your career.
